Start by identifying where the process stops: accepting the URL, finding media, opening a result or saving the final file. That distinction is more useful than repeatedly submitting the same link.

What should you check first?
- Open the original post and confirm that it is still available.
- Copy a fresh share URL and paste only the address.
- Choose the appropriate video, audio or photo tool.
- Try once and note the exact message.
- If needed, compare with one other public post you are permitted to download.
If one post fails but another works, the problem is more likely specific to the post or format. If both fail, the service or network may be unavailable; this is a clue, not a confirmed diagnosis.
What does each symptom suggest?
| Symptom | Useful next step |
|---|---|
| URL rejected before processing | Paste a full web address without caption text; check the domain |
| Private, removed or unavailable post | Confirm public access; the tool cannot restore or unlock it |
| No audio or image option | Check whether the source actually contains a supported separate asset |
| Result opens but will not save | Check storage, browser download controls and the actual file type |
| Old result no longer works | Submit the original link again for fresh results |
| Many requests fail or a limit appears | Stop repeated requests and retry later; a provider or site limit may apply |
| File is silent or incomplete | Check playback and source sound; try a fresh result before reporting it |
What if the Paste button does not work?
Your browser can deny clipboard permission while still allowing manual pasting. Tap or click the URL field and use Paste or your keyboard shortcut. An unavailable clipboard button does not by itself mean the downloader is down.
What should you do about an expired result?
The site’s download buttons use temporary sessions. Open the tool again and process the source link instead of repeatedly opening an old result. A media host can also expire its address sooner than the site session.
If the source is no longer available, a fresh session cannot recover it. Refer to supported links and limits.
What information helps a useful report?
Include the time and time zone, device, browser, tool page, expected file type, exact message and whether another public link worked. A cropped screenshot helps when it shows the error without personal information.
Use Contact for the published support route. Never send passwords, verification codes, API keys, login cookies or private media. The download guide covers finding files that were saved successfully.
How can you isolate a failure without repeated requests?
First note the stage: immediate URL rejection, a processing error, a result that will not open, or a transfer that will not finish. Check the download list before submitting again. If the source is still public, one fresh attempt can distinguish an old result from a continuing issue. Stop when a rate-limit message appears and wait for its stated interval.
Compare with one other permitted public post only when useful. One failed post does not establish a site-wide outage, and one successful post does not establish support for every format. Keep settings unchanged during the comparison so that a later success gives meaningful information about the difference.
