How do you preserve a slideshow sequence?

The order presented is the order returned by the provider, which should be checked against the source. Keep the original link with your permitted archive so that you can identify the creator and context later.
Are the music and timing included?
Individual image files do not contain slideshow timing or a synchronized soundtrack. This page filters results to images. If an audio asset is available separately, use the TikTok audio downloader with the same post link.
To create an MP4 from images you have permission to use, import the files into a video editor, choose the slide durations and add appropriately licensed audio. This version does not automatically perform that editing or bundle the result in a ZIP.
Why does a slideshow link return no images?
The post might actually be a video of changing photos, or the provider may not expose its photo assets. Try the video downloader when the original post is a rendered video. A cover thumbnail alone does not establish that the original slides are available.
If the post clearly contains separate photos, use a fresh share URL and review missing-image troubleshooting. Deleted or restricted assets cannot be reconstructed by repeating the request.
What should you check before reusing slides?
Retain any necessary creator credit, verify permission for each image and check the soundtrack separately. Do not present another person’s work as your own simply because you saved the image without TikTok’s interface.
How do you distinguish a photo carousel from a video montage?
A carousel presents separate image assets; a montage is a video in which pictures change during playback. They can look similar in a feed. If the original plays as one video and no photos are returned, the video tool may be the relevant route. It will not recover the separate high-resolution photographs used to make that montage.
When rebuilding a permitted image sequence in an editor, inspect the framing of each slide. Portrait and landscape photos may require different crops. Set transitions and music timing deliberately: the order of saved images does not include the original editing instructions or synchronized soundtrack.
