Douyin uses different links and media services from TikTok. This page attempts supported public Douyin video links, but its success depends on whether an enabled provider supports that specific URL.

How do you submit a Douyin link?
- Copy the share link from the public Douyin video you are permitted to save.
- If the copied share text contains a caption, paste only the web address into the URL field.
- Submit the link and inspect any returned video result.
- Save and open the file to confirm it is the intended post.
This route recognizes Douyin and supported iesdouyin domains. A normal TikTok link belongs in the TikTok downloader.
Why is TikTok support not enough?
A service able to retrieve a TikTok post may not support Douyin. Account checks, regional availability and different response formats can affect the result. The current Douyin workflow expects usable video media; it is not a promise of photo-only or audio-only post support.
If no video is returned, review supported media types and download troubleshooting. Do not keep retrying a private or unavailable post.
Can the tool bypass access restrictions?
No login credentials are requested through this page. It does not provide a way around a private audience, deleted media or an access requirement. A post opening inside your own signed-in app does not guarantee access from a public downloader.
What should you check after saving?
Confirm the title or creator, video duration, picture and sound. Quality depends on the actual source returned. A clean version may not be available, and logos embedded by a creator are not automatically removed.
Use the file only where you have the necessary permission. The site is independent of Douyin, TikTok and ByteDance.
What should a Douyin support report distinguish?
Identify whether you used a short share address or an individual video page, and keep the copied URL intact. State that the issue occurred on the Douyin tool. A working TikTok request does not test the same source service. Explain whether processing failed before results appeared or whether an existing video button stopped working later.
If a file opens, inspect its contents rather than relying on the title alone. Provider metadata can contain shortened or missing titles. Check the picture, duration and sound against the intended source, and do not interpret a successful retrieval as confirmation of the uploader’s identity.
