This tool can attempt to resolve an available public TikTok Story link. A Story must still be accessible and supported by the connected service; a dedicated page is not a guarantee that every Story can be saved.

Which Story link should you use?
Open the Story and copy its link if TikTok provides a sharing option. Paste that URL above. A profile page or a screenshot of the Story is not the media link.
If the content is an ordinary permanent post, use the video downloader or photo downloader instead. This makes it easier to interpret the result and report a problem.
Why can an active Story still fail?
Your signed-in TikTok account may have access that a public downloader does not have. The Story may require login, have audience restrictions or use a link format the provider does not support. It can also expire between copying the link and requesting the file.
Check that the Story is still available, copy a fresh link and try once more. This tool cannot restore an expired or deleted Story or bypass private-account access.
What does a successful result contain?
Depending on the source, a result may contain a video, images or available audio. Confirm that the result is the intended Story rather than a profile preview or an unrelated post before saving it.
A completed request is only one part of success: open the saved file and check its contents. Use download troubleshooting if the result opens but the file will not save.
Does saving a Story make its use unrestricted?
No. Temporary publication does not remove a creator’s rights or the privacy interests of people shown. Save only what you are permitted to use, and do not redistribute private or sensitive material. See responsible use.
Which details help investigate a Story failure?
Record when you copied the link and when you submitted it, including the time zone. State whether the Story still opened at that moment. This helps distinguish expiration before processing from failure to handle an active Story. A later attempt after the Story disappears cannot reproduce the earlier conditions.
Describe sensitive content rather than sending a private capture to support. Include a public link only when appropriate. A support request cannot provide access to a private viewing session or restore a Story simply because it was visible on your device earlier.
